I took my Seltos's delivery couple of days ago. It was an excellent experiance with Advaith Kia. I went there for an enquiry without taking appointment but I ended up taking test drive of the vehicle. My consultant was Reyaz. He is an amazing guy. From day one till the delivery of the vehicle he
took care of evrything. He has excellent knowledge and he wound't mind of go out of the way to help you and provide excellent customer service. I had mutiple test drive session with them and Reyaz and his superior Mr. Sampath always obliged. Both of them displayed professional approach with personal touch. In the course of buying process I met other staffs like Mr. Nutan, Mr. Ravi and both of them were courteous and helpful in nature. Overall I would say one should visit Advaith Kia to experiance better customer service compare to other car showrooms. Keep up the good work!!
My new Kia Seltos delivered today much before the promised date in fact delivered within three weeks. All in all an experience to remember for the lifetime. Extremely courteous staff, very polite and knowledgeable, they exactly know what they are selling also able to
understand customer requirements and suggest correct variant suitable to customers needs. Got my Kia Seltos delivered very fast as promised. Excellent sales staff. Even finance and other guys involved in RTO work, Fastag etc are very courteous. Seamless delivery. Keep it up 👍🏻
